About Me

I’m Rachael
Welcome to beyond your pond.

Unleash your potential…

I’m Rachael. I’m a Coach, Mentor, Educator and NLP Practitioner.

I help determined women develop self-compassion and reconnect with themselves so they can communicate compassionately with themselves and live a life of freedom and fulfilment.

I believe you have infinite potential, you deserve to live your best life and sometimes a little support is all you need to get from where you are right now, to where you want to be.

I also support parents, helping them develop effective communication strategies so they spend less time stressed and shouting; enjoy being with their children and can create time to remember who they are.

I know from personal experience, the difficulties, unease and stresses we can encounter when faced with changes and challenges (even when these are positive things!) and the difference it makes having someone alongside you to provide guidance and encouragement rather than struggling, alone and unsupported.

My experiences have provided me with life changing insights, enabling me to increase confidence, reduce stress, approach life in a purposeful way and create a lifestyle I love.

I am passionate about the results my clients achieve and the sense of empowerment and purpose they feel as a result of our work together.

Being ready to make a change is the only step you need to take to begin coaching with me.

What could you achieve with someone in your corner?

To see whether we can work together to help you unleash your potential, it’s important that you feel I am the right coach for you. If you want someone who will give you one hundred per cent commitment, who will challenge you to look at things from new perspectives and who will support you in your desire to effect change, you’ve got it!

During your Connection call, you’ll get a sense of what coaching with me is like. We can get to know each other, can decide whether we’re a ‘good fit’ and discover how I can help.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
