Why beyond your pond?

Our pond is our comfort zone.

We know its boundaries, we know its undercurrents we know the easiest ways from one place to another without disturbing the other inhabitants. In short, we are comfortable enough to live our lives without much need for thinking.

But… is that what we really want?

To sleep walk through our days?

To operate on autopilot?

To wonder where the time went?

The thought of movement and change can feel scary. We may be listening to our inner voice telling us all manner of unhelpful tales to keep us safe and small…

I could never do that

It’ll never work

I’m not good enough to…

We may peep out of our ponds and watch others living their best lives and feel resentful, sad or restless. Wanting the freedom, joy and opportunities they’ve got but not knowing how to get there.

Feeling that we’re not using our true potential, that life is passing us by but not knowing what to do about it.

The great news is you don’t have to stay where you are.

You can choose to venture out of your pond and into the exciting possibilities beyond.

A deep coaching conversation can shift unhelpful thinking patterns and transform perspectives. It can be truly life changing.

I set up beyond your pond coaching as I’ve felt the benefit myself of how powerful coaching sessions can have a profound impact on what I thought was possible (FYI, far more than I would have believed!).

It’s an amazing experience to make a living doing something you truly enjoy. My clients frequently blow my mind with their honesty, their courage and their achievements.

If you want to feel like you’re fulfilling your potential, living with purpose or simply want more of the good stuff you already enjoy, message or email and we can arrange a free 30 minute call.

If you’re happy with where you are in your life, or if you’re not ready to even think about leaving your pond, coaching may not be for you right now.

But… if you’re ready to take a leap but don’t know how, have taken a leap and want to maintain momentum, or if you’re genuinely curious and feel like you want to know more, get in touch to see how I could help.
